ECA Supplies credit account customers' can also choose to have the order put on their account (Option at the checkout)

| Delivery |

Delivery on orders over £99 including VAT is FREE and just £4.95 on orders under £99 to most Mainland UK and Isle Of Wight addresses.
Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, R.O.I., & Isle Of Man will incur a £14.95 charge.
Our carriers are able to deliver to France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Channel Islands, Netherlands and Luxemburg for a fixed cost of £16.95
For any other destinations please contact us for a quote.
The above rates are for consignments UNDER 30KG.
Where a parcel is more than 30kg we will contact you with a quote.
Out Of Stock Items
If any item ordered is found to be out of stock we will contact you and advise of a delivery date. In this case the customer can ask for a refund for the item or wait for the item to become available for delivery.
Most deliveries arrive within 1-3 days of despatch. We use a national network of couriers. You will need to be in at the supplied delivery address to sign for the goods. Our liability ends with a signed POD obtained by the courier.

| Returns & Refunds |
Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.
Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Please contact us via email of your intention to return goods so that we can give you a goods return number GRN.
Any carriage charges for returning goods will be at your expense.
All items should be in their original undamaged packaging, we reserve the right to charge for repackaging where applicable.
We reserve the right to charge up to but no greater than 25% of the value of the goods returned.
Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage caused by your carrier.
We cannot give refunds on any special orders that you may have requested.
When sending any goods back to us it should be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, order number, account number and details of why you are returning the goods.
